Analysis: The 20-year-old Boychuk was recalled to Carolina and made his NHL season debut on Friday night against Toronto. The following night, Boychuk recorded an assist on Tim Gleason's third-period goal at Columbus. While at Albany, Boychuk scored four goals and had five assists in 12 games. He was Carolina's first pick and the 14th overall in the 2008 draft. |
