Analysis: Not picking up Feliz's option doesn't prevent the Phillies from re-signing him. "He had a solid year for us," general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said. "I like the man personally. He's a great person, a great teammate, but I also believe in trying to improve and change can be for the better. It doesn't necessarily mean we're going to, but it's something that we'll look into."
