MIAMI (AP) Julius Wells scored 23 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead James Madison to an 81-68 win over Florida International on Sunday night.
Darren White added 20 points and Matt Parker chipped in 13 for James Madison (1-2), which had five players score in double figures.
Isiah Thomas' squad was looking for its first three-game winning streak since Feb. 9-20, 2008. With the loss, the Golden Panthers dropped to 2-4 in Thomas' first season. (MORE)
